After using our cancellation form, please note the following information:

Returns from Germany should be sent as a "Warensendung" with current postage for items up to 1 kg.

(€2.70 as of 7/2025) in our shipping box or an envelope addressed to us.

We will reimburse this postage.

For larger shipments from Germany, please request a return label.

Returns will only be accepted with prepaid postage.
